You need to know yourself well before making any decisions, thinking about what you identify with, how the market is doing, and even talking to important people who respect your opinion. If your profile is more academic, you are likely to be frustrated when treating patients. If you prefer a public service and are obliged to follow agreements, you will also be frustrated.

So, the central idea is quite simple: think about your goals and set goals to be able to achieve them. Only then can you be a better professional.
