How to circumvent accommodation within the dental office

The dentist must have the energy and courage to face unknown areas:

“We are today more than 7 billion humans. But if we were an animal that did not work, that did not have a conscious transformative action and lived like other animals, only of nature, stricto sensu, we would be at most 10 million of our species, starting with the fact that we could only live in very delimited regions of the planet.” Mario Sérgio Cortella

This short piece of excellent text makes us pay attention to the fact that our action in the world is unnatural, that is, we are what we are for our action to confront nature. As I have been in the health market for many years and in dentistry on a daily basis, I see that many professionals are giving up to face adverse conditions and simply seeking the quieter areas, with a climate conducive to the existence of collection and, preferably, without predators and with an abundant nature. Only not!

One does not have to be very visionary to realize that this condition existed for the world of dentistry until, at most, the mid-1990s. From then on, look for opportunity in cities near your comfort zone and with high HDI - in addition to other facilities - turned out to be a bloody battle, where many professionals are scrambling for an ever-decreasing number of clients per professional, far from the 1,500 people per WHO-proposed dentist.

Reassess the conditions of the game you decided to enter. Either you make it clear that you can make the rule, as a professional who already has the authority and experience, not to be subject to the rules imposed by others, or assume you are young enough to face the discomforts of still inhospitable areas in this ecosystem. but that promise much more interesting results in return for their energy and courage.
